KeeshaPro displays this consent agreement directly on the phone verification screen before a user can request a one-time SMS account verification code.
Phone Verification Opt-In Flow
- The user creates a KeeshaPro account with an email address and password and verifies their email address.
- The user is directed to the phone verification screen and enters their mobile phone number.
- The SMS consent agreement is displayed immediately above the Send Verification Code button, before any SMS is sent.
- The user must agree to the SMS consent language and select Send Verification Code to request a one-time account verification passcode.

- Separate, dedicated SMS consent control — not bundled with Terms of Service or Privacy Policy acceptance.
- Unchecked by default — the user must actively check the box to opt in. The Send Verification Code button is disabled until the box is checked.
- Message type: one-time SMS account verification codes.
- Frequency: message frequency varies; up to one message per request.
- Rate disclosure: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out and help: reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
