1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using KeeshaPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

KeeshaPro is a platform that connects task posters with task doers in their local communities. We provide the technology and infrastructure to facilitate these connections, but we are not party to the agreements between users. Each user is an independent contractor responsible for their own actions, tax obligations, and insurance requirements.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use KeeshaPro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Complete identity verification when required

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Post tasks or accept tasks you have no intention of completing
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems or fees
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of KeeshaPro or others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service

5. Task Posting and Completion

Task Posters agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete task descriptions
• Set reasonable compensation for tasks
• Approve or reject completion submissions within reasonable timeframes
• Release payment upon satisfactory task completion

Task Doers agree to:

• Complete tasks as described and in good faith
• Provide photo evidence of completion when required
• Communicate any issues or delays promptly
• Maintain professional conduct at all times

6. Payment Terms and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using KeeshaPro, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable service fees and transaction costs
• Provide valid payment method information
• Authorize KeeshaPro to charge your payment method for tasks you post
• Accept that KeeshaPro holds payment in escrow until task completion
• Understand that platform fees are non-refundable once a task is completed
• Report any unauthorized charges within 60 days

7. Disputes and Resolution

If a dispute arises between users regarding task completion or payment, KeeshaPro may, at its discretion, assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeeshaPro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

10. Changes to Terms

KeeshaPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
